In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted global moments and in-person events, leaving opportunities for critical discussions fragmented and isolated, with overlap and redundancies.

The Strategy

Handshake devised an approach that merges both in-person and virtual worlds through high-impact video with TV-quality production, designed for wide distribution. Handshake launched The Global Goals Studio during the UN General Assembly in September 2020. The Studio has since become a dynamic avenue for companies committed to expanding their global reach and impact.

The Outcome

The Studio’s videos have been viewed more than 200K times and reached more than 1M people.
